The building has a total floor space of 750,000 sq ft with 430,000 sq ft of office space. This building was designed and implemented on a converged network backbone to run all building systems, therefore making it easier to integrate all the building systems for ease of control and management. WaterMark Tower, Calgary
Watermark is centrally located in the heart of Calgary's retail district. This 27-story Class A office tower has a striking modern appearance with its exterior of glass and steel. Inside the building, you will find a variety of attractive amenities and services. With multiple networks running all building systems in this building, our project was to design and to implement a converged network backbone to run all the building systems. Each of the building system was converted to IP-enabled to run on the converged IP network. The benefits of the converged network are fewer network equipment, lower maintenance cost, ease of management, remote network monitoring and diagnostic, higher availability, security and scalability. |
